Improving Service to Veterans with the eBenefits Portal

ICF International developed a successful online portal and mobile app to help veterans manage their government benefits. They needed a success story to communicate the program’s achievements, which included a significant reduction in the benefit applicant backlog for the Veterans Administration. I worked with the client lead, graphic designer, and subject matter experts to deliver a success story in a tried-and-true text format, as well as a corresponding infographic that could be easily shared across social media. These complementary communication vehicles offer readers snack-size, quick content as well as more in-depth details of this initiative’s challenge, solution, and result.
